In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, from initial planning to final commissioning. Daily, you'll be involved in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and coordination with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards, including but not limited to NEC, IEEE, and local building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure the quality and safety of all electrical installations and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in infrastructure development.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC and IEEE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
