📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily property management operations, including maintenance, security, and resident services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and property value.
• Foster strong relationships with residents, property owners, and local government.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, community relations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing residential or commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
