📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for students aged 5 to 25, using a variety of teaching methods and tools such as Khan Academy, Outschool, and Prodigy.
• Create and maintain lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching trends and best practices in English language education.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities to enhance the learning experience for students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students aged 5 to 25.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or a similar qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
