In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Oracle Financials to manage financial data. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and Oracle Financials.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Provide financial support to the finance team during audits and reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Oracle Financials.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
