📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for events, weddings, and daily decor.
• Lead and mentor a team of florists, ensuring high-quality work and a positive work environment.
• Source and manage floral supplies, including fresh flowers, greenery, and decorative elements.
• Collaborate with event planners, chefs, and other designers to ensure cohesive and beautiful event aesthetics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in floral design and incorporate them into our resort's offerings.
• Ensure all floral arrangements are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of floral supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a florist or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in designing and creating floral arrangements for high-end events and weddings.
• Strong knowledge of floral design principles, techniques, and tools such as floral foam, wire, and floral tape.
• Certification in floral design or a related field is a plus.
