📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist educators in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Support educators in teaching and learning activities, including reading, writing, math, and science.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of educational materials and resources.
• Monitor and record children's progress and development, providing feedback to educators.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool, including daily routines and administrative tasks.
• Promote and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the preschool.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
