As a Logistics & General Affairs Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our warehouse and inventory systems. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment. Additionally, you will handle general administrative tasks, including office management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control and management using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure availability of materials.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including office management, employee relations, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and procurement processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics and administrative policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the management team in achieving the company's strategic objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and general affairs management, preferably in a manufacturing or shipyard environment.
• Proven experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and other logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Indonesian maritime regulations and industry standards.
