• Review and verify invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Process and input invoice data into SAP and Excel, maintaining financial records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Monitor and report on invoice processing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on invoice verification processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
