📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of facilities.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Inspect and maintain building systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff and other departments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of our facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a related role.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FM:pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in facility management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
