📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage potential customers through market research and outreach efforts
• Present and explain gold financing products to customers, highlighting the benefits and features
• Assist customers in completing and submitting financing applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided
• Review and process customer applications, verifying eligibility and documentation
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure accurate and timely approval of financing requests
• Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on the status of their financing
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing clear and helpful information
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on gold/precious metals financing
• Strong understanding of gold-backed financial products and the ability to explain them effectively to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
