📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure new financing opportunities for individuals through direct sales and marketing efforts.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive the growth of our sharia-compliant financing products.
• Manage the entire financing process, from initial contact to final approval, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and partners.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sharia-compliant financing products and the ability to explain these products to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
