The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, and be able to lead a team to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
