📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools.
• Provide HR support during emergency situations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in using HRIS and other HR tools.
