Austal Ships is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor (Fabrication) to join our team in Badung, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the fabrication processes in our shipbuilding and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipbuilding, fabrication, and a proven track record of supervising teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the fabrication processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fabrication activities with other shipbuilding processes.,Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to manufacturing standards.,Develop and implement improvement plans to enhance production efficiency and quality.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Shipbuilding, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the shipbuilding or manufacturing industry.,Proven experience in overseeing fabrication processes and ensuring quality control.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and other relevant fabrication tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
