📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors,Assist in the operation of the outlet, including stock management and sales,Promote products and services to increase sales,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets,Participate in training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Good physical condition to handle daily tasks and customer interactions,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
