📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the café.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the café.,Manage staff performance and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.,Ensure that the café is clean and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the café or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
