📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT support team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Provide technical assistance and support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks, including backups, updates, and maintenance schedules.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the effective use of IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and/or a related field.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications, including hardware, software, and network technologies.,Experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of IT security and best practices for data protection.
