📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and present food in an attractive and appetizing manner.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets.,Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and other restaurant staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team.,Strong communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules.,Willingness to learn and grow in the role.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic cooking skills.Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.Ability to follow recipes and standards.Good time management skills.Ability to work under pressure.Good customer service skills.
