Max Bay Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Process invoices and ensure accurate payment records,Maintain and update financial records and databases,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis,Support the accounting team in month-end closing processes,Prepare and analyze financial data for management reports,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Provide support in the preparation of financial statements for external auditors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Maximum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
