📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to retail stores.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, including warehouse staff, drivers, and support personnel.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with retail stores and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain management.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols to protect employees and prevent accidents.
• Work closely with the IT department to implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retail stores to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a distribution center and a team of employees.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and supply chain management.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and retail stores.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze KPIs.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
