In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.,Support the Business Development Manager in managing client relationships, including maintaining communication, providing updates, and addressing client needs.,Assist in the preparation and execution of business development strategies and plans.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Assist in the coordination and execution of business development activities, including trade shows, events, and partnerships.,Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.,Contribute to the development and implementation of business development training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of business development processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
