📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve organizational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our department's needs are met and that we are able to support the organization's overall objectives.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.,Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed and that the department is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
