📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of internal audits.,Review financial records, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.,Conduct interviews and gather information from employees to assess compliance with company policies.,Prepare audit reports and present findings to the audit committee and management.,Collaborate with the internal audit team to ensure audits are completed on time and within budget.,Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to enhance audit processes.,Provide support in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.,Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work papers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards is a plus.,Knowledge of risk management and internal controls is desirable.
