📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in developing and executing menus.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage inventory and purchasing.
  • Oversee daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Participate in cost control and budgeting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.
  • Proven culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
