📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.,Manage and supervise a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, food costs, and menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.,Manage the kitchen budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Assistant Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and other relevant certifications.
