📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Handle and resolve operational issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
