🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.,Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of HRIS and related software is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
