📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
